After we confirm the order both with customer and factory, we will keep tracking the progress of production. We will go to the factory to check or ask the factory to send samples to us to check. Also we will confirm with the factory about delivery date again and again to make sure they can finish the goods on time.

Packing and shipping service
We have our own shipping agents here in China, so we can help you to send out goods from any port. We can provide export license if your producer can not export the goods to you, we can help you to buy transportation insurance, as well as sending you all of the documents you need to clear out the goods. We can help you to check the packing method, make sure the packing has the right marks and to check if the producer packed the correct goods.

Commission agent service
This whole procession service includes all of the service mentioned above. After you decide to use us as your commission agent and sign the contract, we will provide the following service:

- Every time you make an order, we will confirm the order with you and make the order in Chinese and send to the producer.
- We will confirm the delivery date with the producer, decide the checking date and inform you.
- We will arrange shipping after confirming the delivery date with the producer.
- We will send you an invoice by email, which includes goods payment, commission, insurance payment and shipping payment, to you by mail (the actual invoice will be sent later with the shipping bill).
- The production of your goods will start as soon as we get your deposit.
- We will help you to communicate with the producer in case you have questions, corrections or problems with the products.
- We will track the progress of the products.
- After the producer has finished the goods, we will check the goods on the spot and fill in a checking report for you.
- We will arrange the shipping company to pick up the goods and send out the goods on time

- We will buy insurance for each shipment and send the insurance document together with the shipping bill to you.
- We will prepare all of the following documents and send to the you by DHL within 10 working days after the shipment leaves:

Price: we will decide how many per cent of the total amount we will take for each order when we sign the agreement. Normally we charge 3-15% depending on: total amount of each order, how many orders you will make per year, what kind of goods you will buy, the location of the factory, and so on.
